Fun in the Hills: JUNLONG Hosts a Green One-Day Team Building Hike

At JUNLONG, we build products for people who love the outdoors, so it was only natural that our latest team-building event took place outdoors too. Our colleagues recently left their desks and production floors for a one-day hiking trip, "Fun in the Hills."

Walking Together, Working Together

Our team set out along a mountain trail, climbing together through forest paths and rocky stretches. Along the way, colleagues from different departments encouraged one another, shared snacks and stories, and kept pace with those who needed a little more time. At a scenic spot on the route, the team unfurled a blue banner reading "Keep Moving, Climb Higher" and took a group photo. The words reflect how we approach our work as well as the hike.

Kindness in Every Stoop

Our hike also had a green purpose. As we climbed, team members carried bags and picked up litter along the trail. For a company whose products are made for camping, picnics, fishing, and travel, protecting the natural spaces our customers enjoy is a value we take seriously. It is also what we mean by "scenery is not only on the peak": the most memorable moments were often the small acts of care along the way.

Teamwork Beyond the Workplace

Activities like this matter to us because strong teams are built on trust and cooperation. Since 2000, JUNLONG has grown into an integrated manufacturer of cooler boxes, insulated cooler jugs, and water containers. With a 12,000 m² facility and in-house injection molding, blow molding, and foaming processes, we support OEM/ODM projects and reliable bulk supply for buyers in Australia, the USA, Japan, Italy, and many other markets. That kind of consistency depends on people who communicate well, support one another, and take pride in their work.

Looking Ahead

The hike ended with tired legs, plenty of laughter, and a stronger bond among colleagues. We will carry the same spirit of perseverance, collaboration, and respect for nature into our work. As our team motto from the trail says: keep our date with the hills, stay true, and guard the green.
