Install the mold, melt the material, inject, cool and remove molded parts.

Install the mold, blow-form the parts, cool, demold and remove components.

Assemble components and add foaming insulation between outer shell and liner.

Inspect products based on internal standards and customer requirements.

Clean, label, bag, carton-pack and seal; store with records after approval.
